Meditation enables us to create new attitudes and responses to life, providing a spiritual understanding of ourselves. It is a process of rediscovering and using our positive qualities. All that we need to do is practice to make it natural and easy.

Starting Monday, November 3rd. Total of 7 sessions.

Batch I: Daytime – Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11am to 12:30pm.
Batch II: Evening – Monday to Friday from 7pm to 8:30pm.
